REQUIREMENTS FOR A TEMPORARY VISA FOR CITIZENS & RESIDENTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA:
- Personal appearance at the Honorary Consulate General (25 Charents Street, Yerevan 0025, Republic of Armenia)
- Duly accomplished Visa Application Form (available in this website here)
- Original passport valid for at least six (6) months prior to intended dates of travel to the Philippines, and photocopy of passport data page
- One recent I.D. picture (4.5. cm x 3.5 cm), attached to the completed Visa Application Form
- Copy of confirmed Airline/Hotel/Tour booking in the Philippines
- Letter of invitation/guarantee from a Philippine national/company regarding the visit/travel to the Philippines (in case of invitation)
- Copy of passport of inviting person (in case of personal invitation)
- Letter from the employer on employment and salary
- Financial Statement from the bank on availability of financial resources (to support the trip)
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONSULAR SECTION WILL NOT PROCESS INCOMPLETE OR IMPROPERLY ACCOMPLISHED FORMS FOR VISA APPLICATIONS
- Visa Hours: Filing of visa applications and releasing of visas: Monday-Wednesday-Friday (10:30 am – 15:30 pm)
- Processing time for applicants from the day all required documents are submitted: normally within 3 working days.
- Applicants will be advised as to the date of release of their visas after submission of all required documents and payment of the visa fees.
SCHEDULE OF VISA FEES (NON-REFUNDABLE)
- valid for 3 months: US $40
- valid for 6 months: US$80
- valid for 1 year (prior approval from DFA Manila is required): US$120
- single-entry valid for 3 months: US$40
